Clients may use MBP services for lawful media monitoring, audience analytics, creator and professional reporting, executive reporting, broadcast consultancy, and related advisory purposes.
2. Prohibited Requests
- Unlawful surveillance or harassment.
- Requests involving unlawful activity, fraud, or misuse of public information.
- Unauthorized IPTV, piracy-related streaming, or copyright-infringing activity.
- Requests that fall outside the professional services offered by MBP.
3. Refusal of Service
MBP may refuse, suspend, or terminate a service request if it appears unlawful, abusive, misleading, incompatible with applicable regulations, or outside the services provided by the company.
4. Professional Use Requirement
Clients must use MBP services for professional, lawful, and commercially reasonable purposes. Requests intended to harass, impersonate, deceive, unlawfully monitor, or misuse public information may be declined.
5. Scope Protection
MBP may decline requests that are not aligned with its media monitoring, reporting, analytics, consultancy, or related advisory services.
