In plain terms: Engaging MBP means agreeing to these terms. Nothing starts without a written scope. Payment is due before work begins. Reports are yours to use internally once paid for. Disputes are handled under UAE law.
1 Agreement
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between MBP TV Services LLC FZE and any individual or organisation that engages our services, uses our website, or enters into a service agreement with us. By requesting a proposal, approving a scope, or making a payment, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms in full.
2 Services
MBP provides media monitoring, broadcast consultancy, audience analytics, professional reporting, executive reporting, and related services as described on our website. All services are B2B. We reserve the right to decline any engagement without providing a reason. What is described on the website is indicative — specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are confirmed in the written scope and proposal for each engagement.
3 Scope and Proposals
No work starts without a written scope approved by the client. The scope document sets out deliverables, monitoring parameters, reporting frequency, delivery format, timeline, and pricing. Proposals are valid for 14 days from issue unless otherwise stated. Approving a proposal means accepting these Terms and Conditions in full.
Any changes to an agreed scope must be confirmed in writing by both parties before being implemented. Scope changes may affect pricing — this is confirmed in a written amendment before taking effect.
4 Payment
For new engagements, payment is due before work commences unless agreed otherwise in writing. Invoices are issued in UAE Dirhams (AED) by default. International clients may request invoicing in USD, GBP, CAD, or EUR if confirmed in the proposal. Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. Late payment may result in service suspension until the balance is cleared.
We do not automatically renew recurring engagements — each cycle is confirmed with the client before billing.
Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in immediate suspension of services.
5 Delivery
All deliverables are sent digitally by email as PDF documents to the client's confirmed address. Delivery dates are agreed in the scope. If a delivery will be late, the client is told in advance — not after the fact. The client is responsible for providing accurate monitoring inputs. Errors resulting from incorrect client inputs are not MBP's responsibility to fix at no cost.
6 Intellectual Property
All reports, advisory documents, and other deliverables produced by MBP remain the intellectual property of MBP TV Services LLC FZE unless otherwise agreed in writing. Once fully paid, we grant the client a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the deliverables for their own internal business purposes. Clients may not resell, publicly publish, or distribute MBP deliverables without prior written consent. Internal sharing within the client organisation is fine.
7 Confidentiality
We treat everything about a client engagement as confidential — names, monitoring parameters, report contents, communications. We will not reference a client publicly or use their information in any marketing material without explicit written consent. Clients agree to treat MBP proposals and pricing as confidential and not share them with third parties without our consent.
8 Limitation of Liability
MBP delivers services on a best-efforts basis. We take care in preparing all deliverables, but we do not guarantee that monitoring data is exhaustive or error-free. Our liability to any client for any claim is limited to the total fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing here limits our liability for fraud or gross negligence.
9 Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement by written notice. Refund entitlements on termination are set out in our Refund Policy. MBP may terminate immediately and without refund if the client provides false information, fails to pay within 14 days of the due date, or acts in an abusive or fraudulent manner. Delivered reports remain accessible to the client regardless of how the engagement ends.
10 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the regulations of the Ajman Free Zone. Disputes are subject to UAE court jurisdiction. Statutory consumer rights under local law in the EU or UK are not affected by these terms. Last updated: June 2026.
