Everything you need to know about how MBP works, what we deliver, how we price our services, and what documentation clients receive. If your question is not here — send us a message and we will reply within one business day.
MBP TV Services is a UAE-registered media monitoring and broadcast consultancy. We track brand names, topics, campaigns, and public profiles across online news, broadcast, social media, print, and podcast channels — then deliver the findings as structured written reports.
We also provide broadcast consultancy, audience analytics, executive reporting, and professional client reporting for individual creators, consultants, and public-facing professionals. Every service is scoped in writing, invoiced formally, and delivered with a confirmation record.
Depending on the service, you receive a structured written report — not a raw data export. A typical media monitoring report includes: mention volume by channel, geographic breakdown of coverage, sentiment analysis, audience reach estimates, notable sources, peak activity windows, and written observations with key takeaways.
Every delivery also includes a formal delivery confirmation document — stating the date, reference, and scope — for your records.
All deliverables are sent digitally — by email to your confirmed address — as PDF documents. No physical delivery, no platform login required. You receive the report and delivery confirmation directly in your inbox on the agreed delivery date.
Both. MBP works with organizations, agencies, broadcasters, and brands — but also with individual professionals including creators, consultants, presenters, and public figures who want a structured monthly summary of their media presence. The service scope is adjusted to fit each client type.
Within one business day — Monday to Friday. If you send a message on a weekend or UAE public holiday, you will receive a response on the next business day. We do not use auto-replies as a substitute for a real response.
Pricing is scope-based — the final price depends on what you need monitored, how frequently you need reports, and what level of detail is required. Starting rates are published on our services page:
Media Intelligence Starter: From AED 800/month — monthly visibility report, brand monitoring, basic audience notes.
Broadcast Analytics Professional: From AED 2,200/month — expanded scope, audience intelligence, sentiment analysis, executive brief.
Custom engagements: Quoted after a scope review — for clients needing tailored monitoring workflows or strategic advisory support.
No minimum contract. Engagements are scoped individually. Some clients commission a single report, others use MBP for ongoing monthly monitoring. Both are available. Recurring engagements are confirmed at the start of each cycle and are not automatically renewed without client confirmation.
Yes — every engagement receives a formal invoice. This includes: MBP TV Services LLC FZE company name, license number (2621115350888), registered address (Ajman Free Zone, UAE), client reference, service description, amount, currency, and payment terms.
Invoices are issued before work begins and are suitable for compliance documentation, merchant account applications, and internal finance records.
We accept bank transfer, card payment, and other digital payment methods. Payment details are confirmed in the proposal and invoice. If you have a specific payment method requirement, mention it in your inquiry and we will confirm whether it is available.
Standard billing is in UAE Dirhams (AED). For international clients in the USA, UK, Canada, or EU, we can issue invoices in USD, GBP, CAD, or EUR where requested. The currency is confirmed in the proposal before sign-off.
Yes. MBP TV Services LLC FZE is formally registered in the Ajman Free Zone, UAE. License number: 2621115350888. Registered address: BC-892680, 26th Floor, Amber Gem Tower, Ajman, UAE.
MBP was registered as a licensed entity from day one — not operated as a freelance or informal service. All documentation reflects a formally registered UAE business.
Every completed MBP engagement produces the following documentation:
1. Written scope confirmation — deliverables, timeline, and pricing agreed in writing before work begins.
2. Formal invoice — company name, license number, registered address, service description, amount, payment terms.
3. Delivered report or output — the actual work product, archived permanently.
4. Delivery confirmation — formal document stating the date, method, and reference of each delivery.
5. Communication record — key exchanges from the engagement retained on file.
Yes. MBP's documentation is structured specifically to support clients who need verifiable business records. Invoices include the company's UAE license number and registered address. Delivery confirmations provide evidence of service rendered. Scope agreements show what was ordered and agreed before payment.
This level of documentation was built into how MBP operates from the start — not added as an afterthought. Clients needing clean records for Stripe, PayPal, bank compliance, or other merchant applications can use MBP engagement documents as supporting evidence of business activity.
Yes. Client names, report contents, monitoring keywords, engagement details, and all communication are kept strictly confidential. MBP does not share, reference, or use client information in any marketing material without explicit written consent. Confidentiality is the default — not something clients need to request.
Send a message via the contact page describing what you need to track or report on. Include brand names, keywords, topics, target regions, and how often you need reports if you know them. The more detail you give, the more specific our response will be.
We will reply within one business day with a service recommendation or follow-up questions if needed. From there, a written scope and formal proposal are prepared — usually within three business days of your initial message.
No. Nothing begins until the written scope is confirmed and the invoice is paid. This protects both parties — you know exactly what you are paying for before any money changes hands, and we have a clear reference point for the entire engagement.
Scope changes are handled via a written amendment — the change is documented, any pricing adjustment is confirmed, and work continues under the revised scope. Changes are never applied informally or without written confirmation from both sides.
Our full refund policy is available on the Refund Policy page. In general: if a service is not delivered as described in the confirmed scope, we will correct the issue or issue a refund at our discretion. Services already delivered are not refundable unless there is a demonstrable failure to meet the agreed scope.
Yes. MBP serves clients in the UAE, USA, UK, Canada, and EU. All services are delivered digitally — your location does not affect service quality, documentation standard, or turnaround time. International clients receive the same written scope, formal invoice, and delivery confirmation as UAE-based clients.
Our core reporting is delivered in English. Monitoring scope — the sources, keywords, and channels tracked — can include non-English media where relevant to the client's objectives. Discuss your specific language requirements in your initial inquiry and we will confirm what is achievable within your scope.
MBP operates on UAE time (GST, UTC+4). Business days are Monday to Friday. Response times and delivery schedules are based on UAE business days. International clients should factor this in when setting delivery expectations — we will always confirm delivery dates in writing as part of the scope agreement.
Yes. A full sample Monthly Media Monitoring Report is available to download from our homepage and services page. It shows the exact format, structure, and level of detail our clients receive — with client information redacted.
The delivery schedule is agreed as part of the scope before the engagement begins. Monthly reports are typically delivered within the first three to five business days following the end of the reporting period. Specific delivery dates are confirmed in writing for every engagement.
Reports are delivered as PDF documents via email. PDFs are professional, formatted documents — not raw spreadsheets or data exports. Each report is designed to be read and referenced directly, without requiring additional software or interpretation by the client.
Yes. All delivered reports are archived permanently in your client file. You can request copies of any previously delivered report at any time. There is no charge for retrieving archived reports from an active or recently completed engagement.
Send us a message and we will respond within one business day with a direct, specific answer — not a generic reply.
