In plain terms: Cancel before work starts and you get a full refund. Cancel after work has started and we work it out pro-rata. If we deliver something that does not match the agreed scope, we fix it or refund you. All requests go to admin@mbptvservices.online.
1 Overview
MBP is committed to delivering what we agree to deliver. This policy explains when refunds are available, how they work, and how to request one. All refund requests are reviewed individually and handled fairly. We aim to resolve every request within 10 business days of receiving it.
2 Before Work Starts
If you cancel after paying but before monitoring, reporting, or advisory work has commenced, you are entitled to a full refund. To qualify, you need to notify us in writing before work begins — the start of the agreed monitoring period as defined in the scope counts as commencement.
Full refund available when cancellation notice is received before work commencement as defined in the scope agreement.
3 After Work Has Started
Once work has commenced, refunds are available on a pro-rata basis for the portion not yet delivered. If a report has already been delivered and accepted, that portion is non-refundable. Setup and onboarding work is also non-refundable once completed. We will calculate the proportion completed and confirm the refund amount in writing before processing anything.
4 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available when:
- Reports have been delivered as specified in the agreed scope and accepted by the client.
- Errors in a report result from incorrect monitoring inputs provided by the client, and the client did not flag the error before delivery.
- The engagement was terminated by MBP due to client breach of Terms and Conditions — including non-payment or abusive conduct.
- The client changes their mind after a report has been delivered and the scope has been fulfilled.
5 If We Fail the Scope
If MBP delivers something that does not match the confirmed written scope, the client is entitled to a remedy. We will either correct the deliverable at no extra cost within an agreed timeframe, or — where correction is not practical — issue a partial or full refund proportionate to the extent of the failure.
Failure claims must be raised within 14 days of the delivery date.
Dissatisfaction with monitoring data that accurately reflects what was agreed in scope does not constitute a service failure. We monitor what was specified — not what the client hoped would be there.
6 Recurring Engagements
For recurring monthly or quarterly engagements, clients can cancel at any time by giving written notice before the next billing cycle starts. Cancellation received after a cycle has already begun does not entitle the client to a refund for that cycle. Since MBP does not auto-renew without confirmation, cancellation is primarily relevant to multi-cycle agreements.
7 How to Request a Refund
Email admin@mbptvservices.online with your name, invoice reference, the service in question, and the reason for your request. Include the amount you believe you are owed. We will acknowledge within two business days and aim to resolve within 10 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval.
