This policy explains how we handle personal information from clients, website visitors, and anyone who contacts us. 2 What We Collect

What you give us directly

When you contact us, request a proposal, or engage a service, we collect what you share: your name, email, phone number, company name, country, and the monitoring keywords or topics you want us to track. We also collect payment information, but only through our payment processors — we do not store card details ourselves.

What the website collects automatically

Basic website data — IP address, browser type, pages visited — may be collected for security and performance purposes. This is not shared with advertisers or analytics platforms.

What we do not collect

We do not collect health data, government ID numbers, biometric information, or anything from people under 18.

3 How We Use It

We use your information to do the job you hired us to do — scoping, delivering, and documenting the service engagement. Beyond that:

• To respond to your enquiries and send proposals
• To issue invoices and process payments
• To maintain engagement records for compliance and audit purposes
• To comply with UAE law and our business licence requirements

We do not use your information for unsolicited marketing. We do not build profiles. We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.

4 Who We Share With

We share your information in three situations only:

• Payment processors — payment data goes through our payment provider (such as Stripe) under their own security standards. We do not see or store your card details.
• Legal requirements — if UAE law, a court order, or a regulatory authority requires us to disclose information, we comply.
• Business transfer — if MBP is ever acquired or merged, client records would transfer as part of that process under equivalent confidentiality protections.

We do not share client names, report contents, monitoring parameters, or engagement details with any third party for commercial or marketing purposes. Full stop.

5 How Long We Keep Data

• Active client records — kept for the duration of the engagement and at least five years after the final engagement, for compliance purposes.
• Invoices and financial records — kept for at least five years under UAE commercial record-keeping requirements.
• Enquiry records (non-clients) — deleted after 12 months if no engagement is entered into.
• Website data — kept for up to 12 months for security and performance purposes.

You can request deletion of your personal data at any time. We will review and respond within 30 days, subject to any legal obligations that require us to keep certain records.

6 Your Rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict how we use your personal data. You may also have the right to request a copy in a portable format, or to object to certain types of processing.
