2. Activation and Renewal
A subscription engagement begins once the client approves the agreed scope and completes any required onboarding or payment procedures. Services may renew monthly or according to the agreed service schedule.
3. Cancellation
Cancellation requests apply to future billing periods. Active monitoring cycles, delivered reports, and already-started work are generally not refundable.
4. Scope Changes
Adding new brands, profiles, topics, markets, or reporting formats may require a new quotation or service option adjustment.
5. Recurring Service Records
MBP may maintain records relating to subscription start dates, agreed service scope, reporting schedules, delivery history, communication records, and support interactions. These records help support service continuity and project administration.

Clients may request upgrades or modifications where additional reporting requirements, monitoring topics, analytics needs, or consultancy support are required. Any changes may require a revised quotation, updated invoice, or written confirmation.
